Who We Are
Here’s one way to look at who we are as humans today:
We are biological beings with ancient instincts… We still carry the same emotional circuits—fear, love, curiosity, anger, cooperation—that evolved long before modern civilization. Much of what we do is still shaped by these deep, old patterns. …living in a world our brains weren’t originally built for. We now operate in a hyper-connected, technology-saturated environment, navigating information overload, rapid change, and global interdependence. Our tools evolved faster than our psychology, so we constantly adapt.
